On behalf of the College Council, Management, and the entire staff, I welcome you to the Offinso College of Education’s (OFCE) official website.  Our website gives you a glimpse of the College and its activities.  Just look around…  You’ll see that our tutors, administrators, and other supporting staff are committed to providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for our teacher trainees by providing the best learning opportunities for students. Our strong Methodist identity is a point of pride. We, as a Methodist institution, are committed to Christian values and beliefs and we believe that all members of our school community should work together showing mutual respect for each other.  Our mission is “To Provide quality teachers with excellent professional and relevant teacher training skills that would produce competent, dedicated, God-fearing and committed teachers who will perform creditably by international standards”.
